Issued prescriptions are never edited
Once you issue one, the row is immutable. A correction writes a new version that supersedes it, and the original stays exactly as the patient received it.
The medicine is frozen at signing
Name, strength and form are copied onto the prescription as they were the day you signed it. Later catalogue changes cannot rewrite a record retroactively.
Your patients are yours alone
Every record is scoped to your account, and each query is filtered by it. No other practice can read your patients, and we do not sell or share them.
